Synchro was asked to support a volume recruitment campaign in Solihull for eTech Solutions following a recent acquisition by Nutmeg.

Getting Started

Synchro identified a dedicated recruitment team that was ready to start prior to contract award and put in place an external referral scheme for all software developers.

This resulted in the placement of a Graduate Software Developer. Ensured all potential candidates were well briefed regarding expectations of the role prior to on-site interviews.

Conducted a number of interview days and following all interview days debriefed with the hiring managers to present the shortlist. Extended opening hours to include evenings and weekends to enable interviews to take place for people who were unavailable to attend the interview during the week.
