The Synchro Story
You hear story after story of famous brands starting off from someone's garage. Our story started back in 2017 on our founder James' kitchen table.
We grew quickly in our first year, jumping to 5 employees including a business development specialist, we quickly outgrew that kitchen table.
Our first home
In 2019 with the squad growing to a team of 8 we moved into our first proper home in Warwick.
The pandemic years
Despite the global impact of the Covid pandemic Synchro continued to grow taking on an impressive 11 new clients in 2020.
In 2022 we grew the squad into double figures and moved into our brand new, even bigger headquarters in Warwick.
After a stellar 2022, we launched our first offices in the US building out our US presence with our first boots on the ground in Austin, Texas.
