ROLE: Business Analyst
SALARY: £30,000 - £37,000
LOCATION: Barton upon Humber, Hull (On-site 5 days a week)
Are you a technology driven Business Analyst looking for their next challenge? Perhaps you are a project manager with a keen interest in tech projects? An exclusive opportunity is now available for a Business Analyst to join a leading retailer as they continue along their technology transformation.
It’ s an exciting time for our client as they are looking to expand their IT and digital team. We are now seeking a junior business analyst who will relish the opportunity to work alongside a team of BAs delivering on several projects relating to kitchen-fitting software. You will be taking detailed briefs, liaising with all parts of the business working in a team of up to 10 business analysts at different levels.
You will work closely with developers, scrum masters, Project Managers, QA Engineers and 3D Designers to make sure you communicate the changes needed to the required scrum team and support projects through delivery.
Some of these projects will include Cad Software, AI Automation, virtual reality and software system implementation. We are seeking passionate, technology driven candidates who have the following skills:

Qualities:
- Experience of business analysis and desire to work within this field
- Knowledge of agile and scrum processes
- 2-3 years previous experience in a business analysis capacity
- Pragmatic, self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Degree educated or equivalent qualification ideally but not essential
- You will be seeking a fast-paced environment where you will be part of a dynamic delivery team
